Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the list of model enterprises for creating world-class enterprises and model enterprises for specializing in new technologies. Headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, MBEC was successfully selected to create a world-class demonstration enterprise of specialization and innovation. This time, a total of 200 enterprises were selected as the demonstration enterprises of specialization and newness. The selection of MBEC as one of them is the recognition of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council for the leading position, innovation ability, development quality and future development potential of the bridge profession of MBEC.

In recent years, MBEC has fully implemented the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and China Railway's deployment of management improvement actions against world-class enterprises, with the main line of strengthening enterprise management system and management capacity building, aiming at world-class enterprises, promoting development quality change, efficiency change and power change.

MBEC will carry out in-depth value creation actions against world-class enterprises and accelerate the construction of a world-class specialized and special enterprise with "outstanding specialization, innovation-driven, lean management and obvious characteristics", continue to strengthen and expand the core business of bridge construction, train professional bridge construction talents, and develop professional bridge construction equipment; continuously enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation, and achieve breakthroughs in new materials, new technologies, new equipment, new processes and other "four new" aspects.  Adhering to the spirit of “Surmount Deep Chasm and Surpass Ourselves”, MBEC will endeavor to keep pace with the most advanced bridge technology in the world and keep on leading China’s bridge industry into a brighter future.
