On March 28, 2012, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD) had issued the Bulletin No. 1339 with regards to Approval for the Name list of Qualification for Building Enterprises showing that MBEC was Awarded the Highest Grade Qualification of Railway Engineering Construction and Grade A (II) Design Qualification of Railway Industry for Building Enterprise.
